Mohammed Elfatih is the Vice President of the Sudanese Sepsis Alliance. He is an Internal Medicine Physician highly skilled in all domains of hospital-based clinical and non-clinical activities at Ribat University Hospital as well as a Critical Care & ICU Fellow at Sudan Medical Specialization Board. He is the Chairman of the Knowledge Translation (Evidence-based Implementation) Committee at Altababa Advanced Health Solutions. Protocol Consultant at Federal Ministry of Health – Case Management Committee. Mohammed has in-depth expertise in planning and conducting service and quality improvement activities and in the application and training of healthcare staff in high-level non-clinical skills eg. Organizational Transformation, and Systems Thinking. Evidence-based Healthcare, Outcome-focused Competency-based Training, etc. M.Sc in Medical Health Profession Education at Sudan Medical Specialization Board. Member of the Executive Board at the African Sepsis Alliance and a member of World Sepsis Day. Advocator regionally and globally in raising sepsis awareness among healthcare professionals and the public. Member of several national committees for practice guidelines, and a speaker at many local, regional, and international conferences. Research interest is improving sepsis care, systems thinking & competency-based training. Mohammed obtained several research published in distinguished journals.
